Al Fresco is a brand new restaurant featuring a spacious covered terrace 🌿 and a modern, elegantly designed interior 🏡.

The team is full of young and ambitious professionals 💼, with numerous international and European awards 🏅. Their philosophy is “comfort food” 🍲, expressed through the slogan “comfort is the new fine”, based on local ingredients and careful preparation 🌱.

The menu is designed to cater to different tastes and preferences. From freshly prepared pasta 🍝, selected cheeses 🧀, and meats 🥩, to cold and hot starters 🥗, soups 🍲, risottos, gnocchi, and main dishes 🍽️ – they also offer a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options 🌱.

Every dish is prepared with the utmost care, including top-quality Slovenian meats 🇸🇮, such as ribeye and roast beef 🥩, as well as prestigious Japanese Wagyu beef from Kagoshima 🇯🇵. Not to mention their Neapolitan pizzas 🍕!

They pay special attention to the quality of water 💧. As the first restaurant in Slovenia to receive the Bled Water Festival certification 🏆 for the highest water quality standards, they offer both bottled water on their water menu 💦 and filtered tap water, using special microplastic filters 🌍. Their in-house water sommelier 🍶 is always available to advise on the best water pairings with dishes.

Believing in natural products 🍎, they have developed their own line of non-alcoholic beverages made from 100% Slovenian fruit 🇸🇮, without additives, emulsifiers, colorants, or flavor enhancers 🧃, with minimal or no added sugar. Their wine list 🍷 is exclusively Slovenian, promoting the quality of local wines and supporting Slovenian winemakers 🍇.

They collaborate with selected Slovenian suppliers 🤝, such as Kmetija Pustotnik, Metkine dobrote, Lisjak olive oils, Zupan Trout 🐟, and many others, ensuring the highest quality ingredients!

Apartments are also located above the restaurant, so you can easily stay overnight.
