We have already heard many praises about this “burger bar”, above all it should be a place for all lovers of good meat. Of course we were drawn to it! ☺️
In addition to the wide selection of beers, wines, sparkling wines, even champagne, I would highlight the following main stars, burgers and their dry-aged “steaks”.🥩🍔
Hamburgers prepared from the highest quality types of meat. They kept the golden “American” rules used in the preparation of real burgers and added local ingredients to get the right combination of freshness and tradition. They designed meat mixes that they also create themselves, from selected Slovenian beef to black Angus, as well as the very famous Italian Chianina and sought-after Wagyu beef. Almost all the meat they use is exposed to a delicate drying process, which gives the meat a unique and intense taste.☺️

“Dry aged” represents a method for dry aging of meat on the bone at controlled temperature and humidity, in a perfect microclimate, with ideal air flow and continuous sterilization inside the refrigerator. The meat exposed to the Dry aged system is left to dry in the cold room at a temperature ranging between -1° and 0° degrees. Ripening can take anywhere from a minimum of 15 days to as long as 60 days or more. During this period, the meat loses about 20/25% of its water, which in turn increases its saltiness. In addition, there is fermentation of meat microorganisms and increased acidity. Thanks to this natural process, the meat at the end of dry aging is more tender, juicy and tasty, and all of the above was tasted, we can’t remember the last time we ate such soft meat. We also tried the steak tartare, which justified our high expectations!🤌🏼
