The dough rises for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours, which means that the pizzas are easier to digest, as they do not lie in the stomach.

When preparing the dough, they use a minimal amount of yeast, and most of the ingredients are brought from Naples.

On the pizzas you will taste Parma D.O.P. prosciutto, San Marzano D.O.P, mozzarella di bufala from Campania D.O.P. and parmesan Grana Padano D.O.P. Products with the D.O.P. certificate are produced in the traditional way in the region from which they originate.

In addition to pizzas, their specialty is also coffee – 100% Arabica, single origin – one plantation from Brazil and freshly roasted in Slovenia. The offer also includes burgers, salads, and breakfasts.
