Zanoodle Ljubljana

Asian-fusion bistro 🍜🔥 – noodles, dumplings, dumplings and other specialties! 🥟🍲

We visited Zanoodle and had a real Asian-tinged culinary experience in the heart of Ljubljana! 🌏🍽️
Their philosophy is simple – top-quality ingredients 🥢, thoughtful combinations of flavors 🤩 and a relaxed atmosphere that immediately takes you over. ✨

To start, we indulged in tuna tartare – with warm focaccia 🥖 and spicy cream cheese. A perfectly balanced dish with an extra “kick”! 🌶️🔥
Beef tartare – a real umami explosion 💥 with shiitake mushrooms 🍄 and smoked mussel cream. 🦪

🥩🔥 We also tried their homemade kombucha, which they prepared themselves – slightly sour, refreshing and ideal for awakening the taste buds. 🍹🫧

Seafood 🦪🐙 continued our culinary journey – perfectly seasoned, slightly spicy oysters, and fried octopus skewers, where soft octopus was combined with the perfect texture of pasta. 🍝🔥

And then a classic: fried noodles with chicken, which were just the right amount of spice and insanely delicious. 🍜🐔
A special favorite? 🤩 Definitely the confetti potatoes in lard – crispy on the outside, tender and buttery on the inside. 🥔🔥🤤

One of the specialties of Zanoodle is also the artistic painting inside (for the more open-minded 🤯), created by @elevenoneseven 🎨 – every corner of the space breathes its own story and contributes to the unique atmosphere! 🏮✨

If you haven’t been yet, we highly recommend you visit – the food is top-notch 🍽️, and the ambiance is such that you could spend hours there! ⏳😍👌
