TAQUERIA “UNOMÁS”

The new story of Hood burger in Ljubljana!

TAQUERIA “UNOMÁS” recently opened in Ljubljana and, as the name suggests, it is a restaurant specializing in the preparation of tacos.
The name Unomas (correctly uno mas; “one more”) comes from the fact that their tacos are so good that
ate another one. So you raise your finger and order another one, “uno mas”.

The first records of tacos come from the end of the 19th century, where they mention tacos de minero – mining
tacos (miner tacos). The miners called taca powder wrapped in paper (rolled), which they
used for mining ore.

As with Hood Burger, they remain faithful to the principle “Street food at a higher level!”

Tacos at TAQUERIA “UNOMÁS”:
– Original, found in Mexico City and elsewhere in Mexico.
– The fruit of their own research and development.
– They follow traditional tastes and shapes.
– Made on the spot in our Unomas taqueria.

So far they offer 3 different tacos – CARNE ASADA, AL PASTOR and VEGETAL (vegetarian), they make their own tortillas from masa (masa nixtamalizada). In addition to tacos, the offer also includes interesting drinks such as HORCHATA (a drink made from rice milk, almonds, cinnamon and vanilla), AGUA DE JAMAICA (a drink made from hibiscus tea and is one of the most popular
drinks in Mexico). Not really good tequila and mezcal are also missing, but they also have “self service” beer (Corona) and some other drinks.
