Thus, he upgrades the home by taking care of the quality of the ingredients, the local by looking for different flavors and the traditional by changing the chef’s, and Damir Salkič adds to this many years of catering experience and sommelier knowledge. It’s only right, then, that tourists are not hungry for culinary delights in a tourist destination with the beauty of nature, that locals are not fed up with tourist menus and that Bohinj is interesting even in the off-season.
