A restaurant with a million dollar view!

Kranjska Gora is considered one of our favorite corners in Slovenia, we really love nature and various activities, which there is certainly no shortage of here.

Our route usually takes us past the boutique Hotel Triangel, which is located on the side of the road, as it leads to Kranjska Gora and just begs for you to stop… We mean, who wouldn’t stop for such a view?!

Some of you may still remember the old guest house Špik, which today has grown into a boutique hotel, which has preserved its old soul and added to it the new beauty of wood, glass and the view.
Hotel Triangel is distinguished by magnificent views, a blend of tradition and modernity, and hospitable staff.
A boutique hotel with a restaurant located in the beautiful Upper Sava valley, at the foot of the beautiful Martuljska group, one of the most beautiful corners of the Julian Alps and the Triglav National Park, where unspoiled nature calms the mind and offers endless opportunities for activities and relaxation.

They connect more and more with local suppliers, which helps that the Chef of Restaurant Triangel Jon, sometimes sous chef Uroš Štefelin, prepares dishes from local ingredients according to traditional recipes, which he interprets in his own way. As an interesting thing in the restaurant, you can watch the whole team create in the kitchen all the time, because the kitchen is completely open. You can choose between an a la carte offer or a tasting menu.

You can visit the Triangel restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just for a snack when you want to stop while exploring the Upper Sava Valley. This time we chose the 7-course tasting menu,
which fascinated us from beginning to end!

The hotel offers from elegantly furnished standard double rooms, slightly larger and lively superior rooms, deluxe rooms, which are upgraded with a bathtub for two people, to spacious superior apartments with two bedrooms and studios intended for families. All rooms have a balcony and offer a beautiful view of the beautiful Martuljska group to the south or the green Karavanke to the north.
