Nana Bistro & Kavarna

Nana is a retro bar with a touch of home in the very center of the city of Maribor. Nana bets on its wide range of breakfasts and brunches, and also offers a variety of lunches and dinners with local ingredients inspired by chef Sebastijan Blakaj. The desserts and homemade cakes of masters Vesna, Darje and Alje are a real hit among locals and tourists.☺️
Usually, we went to Nana’s for breakfast or brunch, but this time we went for a slightly later lunch. We tried the homemade čemaž soup, which was one of the best we’ve ever eaten, and for the main course we chose rice bowls, which are perfect for hot summer days, tasty and light! 🥰
We like it because time stops at Nana’s, guests can enjoy a cold drink, coffee, delicious food and at the same time watch the hustle and bustle of the city in the very center of Maribor.
