They have been baking delicious breads for almost thirty years. Their invention dates back to 1991, when they were developed by Franc Bukovnik, a descendant of the old catering branch of Gorjanc from Hotemaž, with the help of his wife Neža and chef Joc. ☺️

These are rolls with different fillings made from quality ingredients, which have already grown into a true regional culinary specialty. As an interesting fact – only a few people know the secret recipe of these breads.😋

In Ljubljana, you can enjoy bread in a modern, spacious bakery, and they also prepare bread for you to take home.
