Hotel & Restavracija – Gredič

We visited Hotel and Restaurant Gredič, also a very well-known wedding location.
We started a pleasant evening in their wine cellar with an aperitif, an atmosphere for just 10!
After a short chat by the sparkling wine, we went to the restaurant, which by the way has a wonderful view.🥂
In the Gredič restaurant, gentle Mediterranean influences meet strong continental flavors, and the disciplined Austrian tradition intertwines with lively Italian creativity and rich Slovenian heritage.
Gredič’s plates reflect values carved out of love for cooking, respect for our roots, local customs and traditions, responsibility towards nature and excellence in preparation. You can choose between five-course menus that take you from the forest to the Briška vineyards, through the Briška interpretation of the depths of the sea, or into the mosaics of hidden gardens. You can also let the chef inspire you.
