They prepare dishes that reflect homeliness in taste and simplicity in preparation!
Dried meat from Krškopolje (considered the only native Slovenian breed of pig) hangs in the display case, and the dishes are interwoven with local flavors! It’s like cooking for yourself and you’re not as good as the chef in Trnovské pristan.

A specialty – bear goulash, quite a few dishes can be prepared gluten-free, including iota.
