This time we visited FNX Bistro, where they put on a real show for us!

Let’s start with some advantages!
First of all, they have a parking lot right in front of the door (a big plus in Ljubljana! 🚗) and the fact that they are now open in the evenings too!
From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Thursdays with live music! 🎶🔥

We started with appetizers – beef tartare, which was skillfully prepared in front of our table. The tartare was really nicely seasoned, the meat was high quality, and the waiter prepared it exactly to our taste! If you prefer seafood, they also have octopus in salad!

The show continued with the main course! Lung fillet for 2 people, juicy, perfectly cooked and full of flavor, a truly excellent preparation! And here you also have a fish option! FNX offers fresh catches every week, so there is always something new from the sea waiting for you! 🐟🔥

For dessert, their house hit – pear in red wine with pistachio ice cream. The pear is soft, scented with pleasant spices, and the pistachio ice cream has a truly rich flavor. A great combination for a sweet ending!
