Bužinel – RESTAVRACIJA

Bužinel Restaurant is located in the village of Plešivo, right next to the Italian border. They have space for 40 people, and when the weather is nice, guests can enjoy dishes from the kitchen and a glass of house wine or Karla sparkling wine on the terrace. On beautiful sunny days, the view spreads far and wide to the Slovenian and Italian Brda mountains, we were lucky that the weather was beautiful!☀️
They offer exclusively fresh seafood, so most of the dishes are tied to the supply of fresh ingredients. They carefully select them themselves every day, as they are committed to making the dishes simple but perfect. It is precisely because of these ingredients, which are the best that the sea has to offer, that their range of cold appetizers includes a wide selection of fish carpaccio, from sea bass to shrimp exclusively from the Adriatic Sea. Warm starters include a wide range of different types of shellfish, from capesant, scallops and scallops. The main dishes are fish prepared in different ways, from sea bream, sea bass, carp, grouper to squid and sweet shrimp. Of course, the fact that they are a restaurant with exclusively seafood does not mean that you will not end your lunch or dinner with dessert. You can order homemade vanilla ice cream with chocolate topping or forest fruit topping, on weekends they bake cream pies themselves, and they have also taken care of chocolate lovers, as they prepare their own chocolate soufflés.
What impressed us the most is the hard work of the father and mother of three children, with whom you can feel that everything they do is done with heart, what makes them happiest is the smile on the faces of their guests, all this has been driving them forward for more than 30 years .
