COMFORT IS THE NEW FINE.
A special feature that I would like to point out is that Birdie changes the menu every week, which means that the food is inspired by the Chef. However, they cook traditional dishes, without fritters and similar decorations of fine dining, as they say. But it is somehow a mixture of Italian-French cuisine. They can also boast of an extensive wine list, including French champagnes.
The restaurant has two parts, downstairs is a more informal bistro with space for approx. 30 people. They also have an upper room, which is intended for closed parties: people call and, if desired, agree on the course of the dinner.
The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday after five o’clock, in principle it works by prior reservations, but if a table is free when Birdie is open, everyone is welcome.🤌🏼
