Gostilna in vinoteka Faladur

Faladur moved from Ajdovščina to the old core of Vipava, and has only been working here for a few months.
You can find them not far from Podfarovž, an inn that you have heard from us many times, and the springs of Vipava. The interior of the bar is pleasantly and modernly decorated, and they also have a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy good wine and food on summer evenings. ☺️
Faladur has practically all the local Vipava wines and a few other Slovenian wine territories, and for all enthusiasts there is also some champagne in the refrigerators. For a taste, they offer both independent dishes at lunchtime, and in the evenings they serve a tasting menu.
Faladur is certainly a new opportunity to visit Vipava, as they say in the vernacular, they “go crazy” with the traditional local dishes, be it cheeses and meats from the surrounding farmers, exceptional jota, frtalja or pasta.
Given that it is a Wine Bar & Shop, you can also just come for a tasting or buy a bottle of selected wine.
