The castle restaurant and its gastronomic team are committed to natural, local, fresh and delicious. For this reason, the latest Michelin Guide 2022 also recommends visiting it.

They grow many of the ingredients themselves, in their home and organically cultivated castle garden, and the rest are supplied by nearby farms certified for organic and integrated production and breeding. Nature is the best source of inspiration for their culinary creations. In it, they find ideas for the composition of dishes, and on the plates they recreate the harmony and beauty of the environment. They are also proud of the restaurant’s ambience and special atmosphere – both in the central restaurant, the Hunting Room with fireplace and cafe, and on the terrace inside the castle walls.

The castle restaurant is also a member of the prestigious Chaîne des Rôtisseurs association.
