Ta’ GUD Pizza 🍕 – New pizzeria located in the covered part of the market in Ljubljana BTC. 📍

They are specialists in the preparation of modern Neapolitan pizzas, which means a departure from its standardized foundations, which is why it is called modern or known in Italy as pizza contemporaria. 🇮🇹
Its essence lies in the choice of ingredients, starting with the flours, which must above all be excellent. Ta’ GUD Pizza also uses these from two exceptional mills (Petra and Molini Pizzuti flour). ☺️

The pizzas are therefore made with dough from excellent flours, which matures for 48 hours. The pizzas are baked in a very special oven, where the temperature reaches over 400°C, which gives the pizza a recognizable baked crispy crust with bubbles and a soft and airy core.🔝

They currently offer 10 different types of pizza. They try to make their offer as varied as possible, so in the future you will always taste the most unusual flavors. 😋
