SAVOR bistro & wine bar

You will find the Savor restaurant next to the Koper beach, in the immediate vicinity of the Cappuccino pastry shop.
The name SAVOR comes from the old fishing tradition of preparing seafood by marinating it in vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Traditional seafood dishes are prepared for you in a modern way, while at the same time pampering you with a rich selection of wines from Istrian winemakers. You can admire the sea from the restaurant, which is a real charm with this romantic ambiance.

The red thread of their offer is the daily catch, supplied by local fishermen. Fish, crabs and shellfish are, of course, best in the company of homemade olive oil, piranha salt and selected wines. Guests can enjoy the latter right in the restaurant’s wine cellar, where, in addition to wine, they also like to serve selected prosciutto, cheeses and brodet. Meat lovers are pampered with steaks and T-bons, which are prepared for you on a real grill.
