Kavarna Zvon, Izola

In the middle of Izola, we visited a café that many call a little Vienna in the middle of Izola! 🍰☕

Izola has its own charm, but when you find a corner that smells like homemade desserts, you simply have to stop there!

We stopped at Kavarna Zvon, where they have been creating those real homemade sweet masterpieces since 1996! And yes, we tried more than one cake! 😏

🔥 Buckwheat cake – vanilla, raspberries and a touch of mystery!
🍊🍫 Orange cake with chocolate and walnuts – a top combination that made us smell it at first sight.
🍫 Zvon cake – dark chocolate? No savings here!
🍓 Vegan cheesecake – light, fruity, fresh!
🍦 Vegan fruit ice creams and LCHF desserts for those who swear by slightly different pleasures.
🍏🥧 Istrian apple crostata – grandma’s recipe that takes you back to childhood.
🌰🍫 Dubai crispy hazelnut roll – crispy, rich and sinfully good.

Of course, winter is not complete without a good warm drink – house coffees, hot chocolates, frappes, but also cocktails, wine… and what not! To be honest, we stayed for quite a while, but how could we go for just one cake? 😄
