The specialty of the events at the Skaručna Gourmet Club is that you prepare the food yourself!
The gourmet club Skaručna is not a classic tavern – it is a place where culinary experiences are woven together in a homely atmosphere during a relaxed gathering!
Working hours do not exist here – the experience usually lasts at least 6 hours. Everything that happens in our house happens with you and for you. Together, you prepare traditional Slovenian dishes from locally produced food. During the event itself, she had a lot of fun, acquired a number of new knowledge and skills, chef Marko Žagar is a real master of the kitchen, a gourmet in body and soul!
The rooms are large, rustically furnished, and they are dominated by a long table covered with fresh delicacies, a central kitchen island with cooking equipment and an old-fashioned spaghetti, on which homemade soups are bubbling.
Upon arrival at the club, each participant receives an apron and is served one of ten types of homemade spirits or freshly prepared soft drinks. After the introductory greeting, Marko shows you the rooms where you can already satisfy your worst hunger, as there are about ten types of appetizers available – homemade spreads, pate, stuffed eggs, ham and other delicacies. When you divide the tasks, open barrels of wine from Slovenian winemakers from the wine bank are available to you at all times.
Price: €100 / person (all inclusive food and drink)
Culinary events of this type are suitable for a larger group of people – celebrations, business parties, anniversaries, etc.
During the event, the owner Marko also took us to his richly stocked wine cellar, where he exclusively stores wines from Slovenian producers. So that you don’t have to travel after the event, there are 7 individually decorated rooms available for guests – you can also rent them directly at the event.
