What happens when you spice up your grandmother’s kitchen with an Italian touch?

“Our kitchen” as they call it – are flavors combined in the cuisine of their grandmothers with an Italian touch! Dishes that they themselves love!

A young, extremely pleasant cooking team, a relaxed atmosphere, and a modern ambience provide a mix of tastes, complemented by a selection of the best spirits and cocktails.
On warm days, you can also enjoy on their terrace with a wonderful view of the boats whizzing along the Ljubljanica.

In their creation, they use ingredients that come from a wide variety of Slovenian places – cheeses from the Bohinj Valley, Karst prosciutto, fish from the Adriatic Sea, salad and spices from the nearby market, home-made pasta and the specialty of their pure flancats.

In addition to pizza, you will find other dishes on the menu, from classic Italian to local Slovenian dishes, with some American favorites in between.
We have to show off an excellent steak tartar, which they finish in front of you, homemade pasta ossobuca, an extremely well-roasted steak, and the desserts didn’t disappoint either!
Those with a sweet tooth will be delighted by their “Ljubljančanka” dessert and excellent creme brulée.

In addition to food, you can treat yourself to a glass of selected wine, which Ščurek and Čarga convinced us to do, and we started the evening with a glass of proven Bjana rosa.
A wide selection of spirits and cocktails is also available.
