In recent years, Lipica has offered quite a few interesting experiences that make it worth visiting this pearl of ours. We always like to walk between white fences and green pastures, golf lovers can go to Lipica to play a game on a famous estate, and they also completed the story with an excellent A la carte restaurant located inside the imposing Hotel Maesotso.

The Karst culinary story is connected with the typical Karst environment, strong bura and local herbs.

Gratia – A la carte restaurant is an integral part of the Maestoso Hotel and offers elaborate dishes with a Karst touch, which are also available to guests outside the hotel.
During the holiday season, the atmosphere of the restaurant in Lipica was really wonderful. After the carriage ride and petting the Lipizzans, we treated ourselves to a Christmas tasting menu that combined traditional holiday flavors with modern culinary creations. You can come to the restaurant for a longer degustation indulgence, or you can just treat yourself to a dish and drink some good local wine with it. They also prepare a very special culinary experience for the New Year.
