There is almost no one who has not heard of pastry chef Karim Merdjadi. He is known for his numerous successes in the culinary field, as well as as one of the three judges of the popular show Masterchef.
We are sure that we will surprise many people with the information that Karim has his own studio in the capital.

Atelier Karim is the culmination of almost thirty years of working in the culinary field, otherwise it is a family business where, in addition to others, his wife Helena and the younger generation – daughter Nika – work hard.

As they themselves like to emphasize, 3 things are most important to them.

All ingredients used in the confectionery are natural, including dyes.
The boutique works according to the concept of take-away (you can take / order sweets only for yourself), then you can enjoy them at any location or at home. You can choose from the well-known colorful macarons, many other fine confections, brownies, cookies, made-to-order cakes, confections in cornice and much more. The offer is constantly improved and adapted to the seasons.

In addition to the excellent desserts, we really liked something else. During our culinary travels, we meet a lot of people, for some of whom we are grateful from the bottom of our hearts! When you meet such kind, open, kind-hearted people like Helena and Nika, every second invested in what we do is paid off. As we have repeatedly emphasized, we have immense respect for people who invest in their work as a whole. You come to Atelier Karim as a customer and you leave as a friend, and we experienced this firsthand, for which we are immensely grateful.
